Order processing time.
Please ensure you have supplied us with your correct email address. We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days. Weekend and public holiday orders will be dispatched the following business day.
Order processing cut-off time.
Our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday. Orders after 5:00 PM (EST)on Friday will be processed and shipped next Monday (holiday extension).
Too long order processing time.
If you purchase a product without special notes and the order processing time exceeds 10 days, please contact customer service immediately.
When is my order shipping?
After you place your order you will receive an acknowledgment to your email address which shows the expected shipping date. If your expected ship date changes for any reason, you will receive a follow-up acknowledgment with the new shipping date.

Excessive order shipping time.
There are circumstances that are out of control that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. If the shipping time exceeds 60 days, we will reship your order or arrange a refund for you, thank you for your cooperation.
Are There Any Taxes or Duties?
Consumers are responsible for paying a tax fee of five percent (5%) on their purchases; Gbrsystems do not cover other taxes or fees associated with goods.
Goods lost or damaged.
We are not responsible for damage or loss that occurs after the goods have been handed to the postal or courier service. In case you receive damaged goods let us know immediately. Shipping costs for damaged items are the responsibility of the customer.
