Return policy.
We want you to be delighted with your new purchase. Please review your item(s) upon delivery. If there is an issue with your order, contact our customer service teams via phone or email immediately. Within 30 days from the date of delivery, it is acceptable to request the free return of the products purchased.
How to initiate a return.
- To return an item, please contact our Customer Service team via Email together with the reason for the exchange or refund. Please note that we will not handle any returns or exchanges without prior communication.
- Please return your items within their original packaging, within a protective cardboard outer box. Please keep in mind that Gbrsystems is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
- If it's just that you don't like or don't want our products and want a refund or return, unfortunately, we don't accept returns for such reasons. If you insist on returning or exchanging the item, the shipping cost will be borne by the buyer. In addition, we do not charge for relisting the product.
Matters that should be noted when returning or exchanging goods.
- Return and exchange requests should be made within 30 days of your receipt of the goods.
- Providing your order number will allow us to track down your order quickly.
- To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging including all plastic wrapping, labels, and stickers.
Damage, defective items.
If you are returning an item because it is damaged, or defective, please provide us with an unboxing video and pictures of the damaged product. After verification, we will arrange to reship the product with the shipping cost borne by the seller.
Can I cancel my order?
Due to our fast processing and fulfillment times, the cancellation deadline shall be made within 30 minutes of the time you place your order. After 30 minutes, we cannot retrieve the order.
Order cancellation processing time.
We will process your canceled order within 12 hours. Orders canceled after 30 minutes will need to be returned after the customer receives the package and we will refund within 1-2 business days after receiving the package.
When will the refund arrive?
We will refund the full value of the goods within 1-2 business days of receiving the items at our storehouse and using the same method as the original payment. Please be patient and thank you for your understanding.
